Reiki Healing

 

Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

 

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words ­Rei means Universal Energy or the Higher Power" and Ki is "life force energy".

 

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

 

Each of these levels enable you to progress your Reiki journey at a rate that allows you to develop your skills and awareness. 

 

REIKI – Level 1 – The Beginning of your Reiki Journey

Course Aim:  At the beginner level, you will learn to practice Reiki on yourself, your friends and your family.

​

Course Overview: Reiki Level I is an introduction to the benefits of Reiki Healing and how you will be able to apply the techniques of self-healing to yourself, your friends and family.  You will be emailed your manual to study before the workshop, and spend one day with your tutor to receive your attunement.  You are expected to develop your skills at this level before progressing to reiki II, at a rate that feels comfortable for you.

REIKI – Level 2 – Practitioner Level

​

Course Aim:  To qualify as a Reiki Practitioner, to enable you to offer healing professionally to your clients.  This is the basic practitioner level and allows you to practise on members of the public once you become fully insured. 

​

Course Overview: At practitioner level, you will journey deeper and extend your understanding and knowledge of Reiki.  You will be given the tools, skills and symbols to enable you to offer Reiki to your clients.  Your manual will be emailed in advance and you will spend one day with your tutor and receive your attunement.

REIKI – Level 3 – Master and Teacher

​

Course Aim:  To qualify you to become a Reiki Master and Teacher.   At this level, you are introduced to the necessary skills to attune students, to offer healing attunements to clients, and to begin to understand the responsibilities of teaching/training others in Reiki

 

Course Overview:  You will attain Master and Teacher Level, enabling you to learn how to teach and attune others.  Your manual will be emailed to you prior to the workshop and you will receive your final attunement and be taught the Master Symbols over two days.
