HOT STONE THERAPY TRAINING COURSE
A Hot Stone Massage treatment consists of the therapist massaging heated basalt stones of various sizes over the client’s body. The heat from the stones is released deep into the muscles and, as the muscles relax, they allow a massage of greater intensity. Not only is the massage a wonderful experience for the client, but it reduces the strain on the therapists hands and wrists.
This workshop aims to give you the skills, knowledge and proficiency to practice Hot Stone Massage safely and effectively and add this to your complementary therapy treatment menu.
This one day course is suitable for Massage Therapists who have already completed and achieved a recognised Full Body Massage and Anatomy & Physiology qualification. You will receive comprehensive guidance notes and information to take home with you, as well as continued support from our tutors following your successfully passing your practical assessment at the end of the workshop.
All items required for the course will be provided by Body & Soul School of Complementary Therapy.
